Sometimes one conversation at the right moment can bring more clarity than weeks of trying to work things out on your own. Single-Session Therapy offers a structured, supportive space to focus on what matters most and to leave with practical ideas you can put into action.
You don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy. Many people find that one session is enough to create a shift, while others choose to come back later if they would like further support. This is not a shortcut or a replacement for longer-term therapy, but it can provide insight, motivation, and a clear plan to move forward.
How it works
- Before the session: You’ll complete a short questionnaire to clarify what you’d like to focus on.
- The session: We meet online for 90 minutes to explore your concerns and work on practical next steps.
- Afterwards: You’ll receive a tailored resource pack with strategies and reflections to support you.

Fee
A 90-minute session costs £250. This includes your pre-session preparation and a personalised resource pack afterwards. Follow-up sessions are available at my standard session rate.
