In a single 90-minute session, we’ll explore what’s going on between you, clarify what each of you hopes for, and find small, practical ways to start moving forward. This isn’t about solving everything at once. It is about creating momentum, insight, and hope.

This 90-minute session focuses on a single issue or concern. The aim is not to resolve all your relationship difficulties but to support a thoughtful conversation that feels safe, structured, and productive.
Step 1: Free 15-minute introductory call
A short call with one or both partners to see if this format is the right fit. We’ll also discuss what you’re hoping to focus on.
Step 2: Pre-session reflections
If we go ahead, I’ll send you—both of you if you are coming together—a brief set of questions to help you reflect before the session and to clarify your hopes. This helps us use our time well and ensures both voices are heard from the start.
In the session we will:
- Clarify the issue you want to work on.
- Explore each of your perspectives and what feels most important.
- Identify what feels possible or helpful right now.
- Agree on a few simple, manageable steps to try.
You’ll leave with a sense of direction, shared understanding, and some practical ideas to build on.
A focused space for clarity and connection
This is not a substitute for longer-term therapy, but it can offer:
- A structured pause in a difficult moment.
- A neutral space to have a different kind of conversation.
- A starting point for change, or a step back into therapy after a break.
Some couples use this session as a one-off reset. Others decide to come back for another session later. Either is fine.

- Arrange a free 15-minute introductory call.
- If it feels right, book your 90-minute session.
- Complete a short pre-session reflection, ideally at least 7 days before.
- Attend your session and leave with insights, tools, and a shared sense of what’s next.
Fee
The cost for this service is £250. This includes a 90-minute session, pre-session preparation, and a tailored resource pack afterwards.
